Meet our Inspector
Experienced and Professional.
Owning a home is a cherished dream for many people here in Montana, and I understand firsthand the mix of excitement and nerves that can come with the journey. Let’s be honest, the road to homeownership can feel overwhelming at times. However, I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to navigate it alone. With the right team by your side, we can help you through the uncertainties and get you to the finish line.
Drawing from my own experiences– as someone who has walked the path of home buying, selling, and with a diverse background spanning contracting, mechanics, and over two decades of dedicated military service– I’ve learned a thing or two about navigating challenges. Upon retiring from the military, I felt a calling to give back to my community in a meaningful way. That’s why I became a home inspector—to lend a helping hand and offer a shoulder to lean on for my neighbors as they embark upon their own homeownership journeys.
If you’re considering taking the leap into homeownership, you’ve likely spent countless hours preparing yourself for the financial commitments that lie ahead, but the truth is, not all homes are created equal. Some may hide costly repair needs or maintenance issues beneath the surface. That’s where I come in. A thorough home inspection is not just about ticking boxes or issuing reports; it’s about providing you the peace of mind to make an informed decision, to protect your investment, and to ensure that you have a clear picture of what lies ahead in your future home.
If you’re on the other side-preparing to say goodbye to your home and welcome a new chapter in your life-I understand the desire to present it in the best possible light. That’s why I also offer pre-listing inspections— to help you identify any areas needing attention before your home hits the market. By taking this proactive approach, we can mitigate surprises down the road and instill confidence in potential buyers, allowing you to sell with peace of mind.
In every interaction, my goal is simple: to be more than just a home inspector, but rather a trusted friend in your journey. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned seller, your goals and dreams are my priority. I’m here to be your advocate, providing support and guidance every step of the way (with a little bit of Montana charm, too).
